I do this by conducting a smooth, efficient, non - alarming, and highly informative tour of the entire property with our clients. We all know - no house is perfect, every house has issues, very few homes have major issues.
We offer four different types of home inspections:
- Pre-Purchase Inspections - in these inspections, I present the issues delicately, pointing out the GOOD with the bad, while educating you about important maintenance and safety tips and familiarizing you with your new home
- Pre-Listing Inspections - in these inspections, I help you access deficiencies so you can make informed decisions about preparing your home for sale
- Walk-Through Inspections (no report) - I quickly find and verbally convey any visual defects to you which you may want to address before buying or selling.
- Mold Inspections - Mold has a potential to cause health problems like allergies, irritation (to lungs, eyes, skin, throat, nose) and are potentially toxic. Inhaling and touching mold spores may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals and normally healthy individuals may become sensitive to mold after exposure. Mold can be hidden, growing on the water from a hidden leak, and can develop into a potentially large problem if not caught in time. Testing your home on a regular basis is a prudent way to prevent small problems from growing into a costly and unhealthy situation, and always avoid exposing yourself and others to mold

Qualifications
- 20 years in the Marine Engineering Division of the Canadian Navy
- Certified Mechanical Engineering Technician (C.Tech) with ASET (The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professinals of Alberta)
- HVAC Specialist Course from NAIT
- InterNACHI certified home inspector (90% on last yearly exam)
- Mold Certified with IAC2 (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants)
- Inspect 4 U Home Inspection Course
- Registered Relocation Services Consultant for Canadian Forces and RCMP personnel
As a Member In Good Standing with InterNACHI,
- I pass interNACHI's Inspector Examination every year
- I am committed to continual learning as per InterNACHI's Continuing Education Policy
- I am committed to abide by a rigid Code of Ethics and a concise Standards of Pratice
- I keep current on all home inspection issues through InterNACHI's website (www.InterNACHI.org) and networking with other members
I am available seven days a week to provide inspections that are informative, detailed and accurate. |
